On August 26, 2024, Ms. Thanphicha Theeraratchanon, Director of Office of Agricultural Economics Region 2 (Director of ROAE2 Phitsanulok), joined the seminar on driving big data to sustainably empower the Thai agricultural sector, “Empowering Agriculture with Big Data” at Grand Hall 1, Rama Gardens Hotel, Bangkok, and officers from all divisions/departments of ROAE2 joined the seminar via Facebook Live: Agricultural Economics for the People, with Dr. Kanchana Kwanmuang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, giving a special lecture and Dr. Suntaree Songserm, Deputy Director of the Big Data Institute, Business and Knowledge Promotion Group, Big Data Institute, giving a lecture on Big Data management under the personal data policy.

In addition, the event presented the direction/guidelines for driving the use of Big Data and the performance of the National Agricultural Data Center. and a seminar on the integration of Big Data cooperation and the use of Big Data with the agricultural sector by representatives of BIG DATA integration agencies from both the public and private sectors
